BAT WARRANTIES 
 
All warranties, repairs or discounts given on replacement bats are at the discretion of VIKING CRICKET. Bats returned under complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase (including date of purchase). Failure to comply may affect the customer’s statutory rights.

The warranty offered by WS Sports is that of goodwill that results in a replacement or a cost free repair on a bat which has suffered damage believed not to be the customer’s fault. There is no warranty on bats with surface damaged edges or toes. A shot resulting in damage to the toe or edge of the bat is the user's fault. WS Sports requires a receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a warranty claim.
WS Sports reserve the right to renege on this warranty if they believe that the bat has been used in ways not deemed reasonable.

RETURNS

If you have ordered the wrong size product or are, for some reason, dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please return the product to us within 7 days of the date of purchase, together with a copy of the receipt. As long as the product has never been used and is in its original condition, we will be happy to replace or refund the product. However, no delivery charges will be refunded and return shipping costs will be at the customs expense.
 

SHIPPING:

Australia Post Standard delivery times for orders within Australia should be within 5 - 7 working days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow up to10 working days. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us immediately.

Australia Post Express delivery times for orders within Australia should be 1 working day. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow up to 3 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

International shipping orders are sent through air mail. All international air mail charges will be quoted upon receipt of order.
